ASSIST STRAP - $2.95  For any exercise band

The Assist Strap can be used as a hand/foot/ankle strap for the therapy band or bulk tubing. Used around the wrist, it takes the pressure off the fingers for those who have trouble gripping and can be attached to any handle (fit-tube, clip-tube, etc.). Includes instructions on how to attach to exercise band, but not actual exercises.

CLIP-TUBE HANDLE - designed for Clip-tubes, but can be used with therapy bands or  bulk tubing  see note. Padded plastic handle with nylon webbing strap and metal D-ring. Includes Clip-Tube instruction sheet for upper-body exercises. If using 2 handles at a time, see Fit-tube instruction sheet

EXCHANGE HANDLE - For therapy bands and bulk tubing. Molded plastic handle with foam grip. Quick-lock feature provides an easy way to exchange tubing of different resistances. Also easy to adjust tubing length. Not for use with black (ultra-heavy) tubing (won't fit in hole). Hole diameter: 9/16"

Bulk tubing Usage
Accessories with D-rings (clip-tube handle, ankle cuff, rail attachments) can be used with our yellow through red tubing. Tie tube onto the D-ring with a bowline knot (won't come undone). NOTE: Blue and black tubing will require about 1 foot of tubing to properly tie a knot and will be very bulky.
