The Assist Strap can be used as a hand/foot/ankle strap for the therapy band or bulk tubing. Used around the wrist, it takes the pressure off the fingers for those who have trouble gripping and can be attached to any handle (fit-tube, clip-tube, etc.). Includes instructions on how to attach to exercise band, but not actual exercises.  Instruction Sheets

Bulk tubing Usage
Accessories with D-rings (clip-tube handle, ankle cuff, rail attachments) can be used with our yellow through red tubing. Tie tube onto the D-ring with a bowline knot (won't come undone). NOTE: Blue and black tubing will require about 1 foot of tubing to properly tie a knot and will be very bulky.
