  - Mini-Break Program to counteract the effects of prolonged sitting at a computer. Each mini-break lasts only a few minutes and contains a 30-second warm-up, a stretch for a tight muscle group, and an exercise for a weak muscle group.

- Basic Strength-Training Program with 10 exercises to train all the major muscle groups.

 - Strength-training and stretching guidelines to ensure training safely and effectively, additional exercises to add variety to the program, and a training chart to log exercises and track progress.

We'd be happy to send a complimentary booklet to try out for your worksite wellness program. 

We ask that you send your request from your worksite email address and have items sent to your business address.   email  with Subject "SAMPLE REQUEST" and state which booklet you want - the fit-tube version or the therapy band version. You can also request sample exercise bands.

 

 

 

RESISTANCE LEVEL RECOMMENDATIONS

 THERAPY BAND

We recommend  2 exercise bands since smaller muscles (e.g. back of shoulder and  rotator cuff) require less resistance, while larger muscles (chest, legs) require more resistance.

2 Bands:
Light and Medium Bands for women 
Medium and Heavy Bands for men
 

1 Band:
Light-Medium or Medium Band for women
Medium-Heavy or Heavy Band for men

NOTE: If you already have tubes, please be aware that there is no standardization of resistance levels. Color coding of resistances, along with what is considered a “medium” band varies by manufacturer. For instance, what we consider a medium tube SPRI® considers a light.  Pounds Resistance Chart
