RECOMMENDATIONS
THERAPY BAND
We recommend 2 exercise bands since smaller muscles (e.g. back of
shoulder and rotator cuff) require less
resistance, while larger muscles (chest, legs) require more
resistance.

“medium” band varies by manufacturer. For instance,
