A sample exercise chart (see below) is included with each type of exercise band ordered. If you would like additional copies to handout to patients, e-mail your order #  and what you need.   

Each chart is a 2-sided handout containing strength-training guidelines and recommendations, instructions and exercises (drawings/photos plus instructions). back
