FITBALL FITNESS GUIDE - $4.95
A 20-page booklet with a variety of cardio, strength and stretching exercises for the exercise ball. Includes exercises for abs, low back, hips, buttocks, thighs, chest, upper back, shoulders, arms and 9 stretches for major muscle groups. 

AIR PUMP - $6.95 
Compact and  easy to use, this pump inflates on both the upstroke and downstroke to fill a 55 cm ball in under 3 minutes. Fits all types of exercise (i.e. swiss, therapy) balls. NOTE: To avoid breakage, pump tip is not attached--it is in the bag and needs to be screwed onto pump. 

Ball plugs are specific to each brand of ball and are not interchangeable:

FitBall Plug (on left) - For balls made in 2007 or later--check for date in logo below ®. 

Fitness Ball Plug (on right) - Fitness Ball plug is  packaged with plug puller and needle-pump adapter (no extra charge--see Accessory Packet below for photo).

Plug Puller - easily removes any type exercise ball plug
Needle Pump Adapter - use a needle pump (for basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, etc.) to inflate an exercise ball by unscrewing the needle and replacing with this adapter. NOTE: adapter may not be cone-shaped, but will still have threads on one end.
