FAQ How long will my custom band order take? Bands are made in Sri Lanka and have to ship by boat, so typical delivery is 65-90 days*.  What are the logo requirements? Imprint area is big (4" x 2') so please send a large file--tif or jpg in solid black (no gradations, thin lines, shaded areas, etc.).  How do I place an order? Please call Deborah at 805-460-0228 go over your order. She is a certified personal trainer and can assist you with choosing the right band for your needs.  *Delivery time is based on normal production and shipping times and includes business days after deposit received and cleared (if check) and excludes weekends, holidays and factory closure days, but it is not a guarantee--there may be delays caused by out-of-stock materials, shipping and custom delays, or factory overload.  SAMPLE EXERCISE BANDS Trying out bands of different resistances allows you choose the best for your participants. We’d be happy to send you 3 complimentary bands.
